8th ICC B-MENA Regional Consultive Group Meeting – 19 June 2023, Geneva – Switzerland

The Regional Consultative Group Meeting was led by ICC Qatar with the presence of ICC Chair Mrs. Maria Fernanda Garza and ICC Secretary General Mr. John Denton.

ICC Syria Chair Mr. Naji Chaoui, and Ms. Mouna Kiwan the Administrative Consultant and International Affairs Coordinator represented ICC Syria during the meeting.

The following topics were discussed:

• NCs reports on their late/current activities and share their forward plan for the year 2023.

Ms. Mouna reported on ICC Syria’s activities.

At the end of the meeting, there was an opportunity for NCs to discuss priorities for the next 2 years to inform the work plan and address some of the regional issues to work on together with the ICC Georgia team leading regional coordination.
