Guide for the Digitalization of Companies

Chaired by ICC Syria, the report developed by the thematic committee on Digitalization, after conducting extensive research in the Mediterranean region, identifies a set of best practices and guidelines to foster the digitalization of SMEs.

This valuable resource highlights the steps to digitalize SMEs and its impact on the economy, which will benefit both our organization and the wider community.

The report also aims to help companies manage their technical and organizational transformation projects more flexibly and innovatively, by suggesting practical recommendations and tools that involve the expertise of employees and give all stakeholders the opportunity to better master the transformation.

Composition of the Committee: Chair: Mouna Kiwan, International Affairs and ICC Syria Events, Coordinator, Syria, Vice-Chair: CGEA – Algeria.
