A special session meeting of the ICC Executive Board was held in Paris at the ICC Headquarter on the 24th of January 2011. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdul Rahman Attar President of ICC-Syria and member of ICC Executive Board in Paris.
Mr. Harold McGraw (from the United States) was elected ICC Vice President, and given that Mr. John Rozvadovski resigned, Mr. Jean-Guy Carrier was elected ICC Secretary General.
